CompleteCARE service is our IT Managed Services program. It is designed to provide ongoing maintenance and support for your computers and computer network for a fixed monthly fee. We offer it to Michigan-based organizations within a 50 mile radius of Ann Arbor.

Customize your IT managed services plan by first selecting whether you want total network coverage including PCs, or coverage for your servers and network only. Then select whether you want onsite coverage to be included or just want remote and/or telephone support.

ADVANCED NETWORK & IT SECURITY
SecureCARE is our advanced security services add-on for CompleteCARE and includes internal and external vulnerability scanning, 24x7 Managed Detect and Response, employee and organizational vulnerability scoring, dark web monitoring, an anti-phishing add-on for Microsoft Outlook, and security awareness training for each employee. Unlimited remote, onsite and telephone help desk support for PCs, servers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Microsoft Office 365 support.
Microsoft Active Directory support
DNS management and support (internal & external).
Anti-virus / anti-malware management and support.
Software application upgrade support.
Replacement of field serviceable technology parts for PCs/servers/networking equipment.
Monitoring and support for data backup systems.
Data backup system management including server recoveries to bare metal on a yearly basis, a quarterly single-file backup test and monthly data backup reporting.
