How to Contact HP, Inc. for Commercial PC & Laptop Warranty Claims

Businesses who buy commercial-grade Probooks, Elitebooks, Zbooks, Prodesks and Z2, Z4, and Z8 workstations from HP Authorized dealers in the United States may sometimes need to contact Hp, Inc. for warranty repairs.

I was unable to locate the direct number for this, so after jumping through the hoops of their other support phone numbers I was finally routed to the auto-attendant at HP Business Product Support. They can be reached at 800-334-5144, where you can say “warranty claim” and then the Model type of the system in question. I waited about 2 minutes before a live human picked up the call. This was at around 10:30am this morning.
