CompleteCARE is our IT Managed Services program. It is designed to provide ongoing maintenance and support for your computers and computer network for a fixed monthly fee. We offer it to Michigan-based organizations within a 50 mile radius of Ann Arbor, MI.

ADVANCED NETWORK & IT SECURITY
SecureCARE is our advanced security services add-on for CompleteCARE. It includes internal and external vulnerability scanning, 24x7 managed detect and response (MDR), employee and organizational vulnerability scoring, dark web monitoring, an anti-phishing add-on for Microsoft Outlook, and security awareness training for each employee.     • Unlimited remote, onsite and telephone help desk support for PCs, servers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. 

    • Microsoft Office 365 support for Email/Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher.

    • Microsoft Active Directory and DNS management and support.

    • Anti-virus management support.

    • Software application upgrade support.

    • Replacement of field serviceable technology parts for PCs, servers & networking equipment.

    • Support for various data backup systems.

    • Data backup system management including server recoveries to bare metal on a yearly basis, a quarterly single-file backup test and monthly data backup reporting.

    • Connectivity support for scanners, networked copiers, printers, and plotters.

    • Support for PC imaging and software standardization.

    • Mobile phone support and remote wiping of email data as needed. 

    • User account management including adding, removing, and configuring user accounts.
